Wonderful accommodations - very polite staff and extremely helpful and accommodating owners with dining suggestions, events in Cheltenham and directions both around the town and to the airport. The beds were extremelly comfortable and the rooms were spacious by uk standards. Breakfasts were nicely prepared and special requests attended to for those with different eating habits.
There was absolutely nothing to complain about.

Very cozy, well-appointed hotel in a central location. Staff were very nice and friendly as well. Breakfast was a very good cooked English breakfast (rather than some lousy buffet with cold, stale food). Great value as well.

The breakfast was fresh and delicious, just like I expected. I loved this hotel because of its magnificent location, close to restaurants, taxis, a lovely park, and Cheltenham town centre. - I visited St Michael's, which is conveniently located near the venue.

The location was amazing as you could walk to everything. 5 to 20 min's from one side to the other. Breakfast was really good and a friendly service.
A few little points, we stayed in the Luxury room, loo seat moved, when the windows were open the bathroom door would swing, as there was no latch to keep it shut. Advise take you own hair dryer too. All in all only small things.
